Verify the source before saving it
Open the current marketplace page and record the exact seller, variant, size information and displayed CNY price. A spreadsheet thumbnail or translated title is not enough. Look for option-dependent pricing and save the product or store information; Pikobuy's Beginner's Guide recommends doing this so the order is easier to place.
When you paste the link into Pikobuy, compare the parsed result with the source. If the product cannot be found, use official customer service as the guide recommends. Do not replace the missing listing with a similar item without reviewing its own seller, options and measurements.
Recheck at each handoff
Verify the order summary before the first payment, then verify the warehouse photos against the saved option. The official guide says final price is based on actual purchasing and out-of-stock orders are refunded. Those statements are why directory prices must be treated as references rather than guarantees.

Pikobuy Beginner's Guide
The official guide publishes a six-step process with two distinct payment moments.

- The first payment covers the submitted product order; international shipping is paid later after warehouse inspection.
- The guide says tracking information becomes available within three days after dispatch—not that delivery takes three days.
Pikobuy Returns & Exchanges

- The request window is 120 hours after the order becomes “Warehoused,” counted from the next hour.
- Eligibility still depends on seller support, seller agreement, marketable condition and intact packaging, tags or seals where required.
